Partner terms

The rules, plainly.

These are the whole terms of the partner programme. They are short because we mean them.

1. Rolling 12-month window, counted on paid builds.
2. Commission is on the build fee, excluding VAT.
3. Care share is paid on collected months only.
4. One referrer per client; the first link wins.
5. No self-referrals.
6. Partners are introducers, not agents, and cannot make promises or offer discounts on our behalf.
7. Payouts are monthly; a £50 minimum rolls over.
8. Rank is reviewed monthly, with one quarter’s grace on downgrades.
